Horizontal Rice Whitener
The special feature
of this newly developed machine is that the rice stream moves
horizontally. Due to the high pressure air the rice flows in a
suspended stream in the whitening chamber while being whitened,
there-by minimizing the broken and lowering the rice temperature. With
two breaks of whitening, the machine can run continuously either in
series or in parallel producing pearl-like white rice with negligible
broken and pure bran. This machine in tandem with silk rice polisher is
ideally suitable for whitening raw, steamed and parboiled rice.
